Over the years, the Snowy Monaro Arts Council has proudly presented many outstanding concerts. Traditionally, these concerts have always included  a supper, where the audience and performers get to chat and have a cup of tea or coffee along with a wonderful selection of yummy delights lovingly prepared by the Arts Council members. This book contains the secret recipes of the most delicious of these dishes. They include:

• The Bus Driver’s Mother-In-Law’s Slice
• Date & Ginger Slice
• THE Peppermint Slice (sometimes called “My Wife’s Downfall”)

This book is illustrated by Rowena Evans and edited by Caroline Fox.

All the proceeds go to the Snowy Monaro Arts Council. (and they’re doing this while keeping their clothes on and not making one of those nasty calendars)
