Deep Blue Winter Experience

buy information pills sans-serif;”>Deep Blue winter workshop/performance is for string playing children from year 5 on. Deep Blue were finalists on Australia’s Got Talent. They are a troupe of young people who play string instruments and have conducted workshops across Australia. They will come down from Queensland to give a five day workshop where children learn to put on their own show on the final day. They do stunt workshops. They learn how to operate and use sampling devices using sound effects. They learn improvisation, global burden of disease composition and production planning including lighting, projections, costuming, speaking/audience banter, movement, choreography. I have around 15 but we need 15 more certain children if it is going to be viable for them to come down. We are looking at the Station Resort as a possible venue or maybe the Multifunction Centre in Cooma. Workshops would be during school hours on June 6,7 and 8 with 2 more workshop days on the Saturday and Sunday June 9 and 10 of the long weekend. The week will culminate in a performance for the public. The cost will be $450 per student.

For more information look on their website – www.youngblue.net.au or see their performances on YouTube.

Any interested students will need to contact me on my home or mobile before the end of the month and I will send them registration information.

Cheers
