Evgeny Ukhanov began his piano studies at the age of seven. He came from the Ukraine to Australia on a scholarship in 1998 and completed his Bachelor of Music.
Evgeny has performed all around the world, has recorded solo and chamber music, has featured in the TV series “Prodigy” and this year he will be competing in the Top of the World International Piano Competition in Norway.
“Evgeny has performed in England, Romania, Italy, USA, France, Germany, Japan, Ukraine and Russia. He began his studies when he was seven years old in the Ukraine and gave his first performance at the age of nine. In 1997 he was a major prize winner in both the Second Horowitz International Pi-ano competition in Ukraine, and the International Piano competition in Sen-igalia, Italy.
